Shipping policy


Unless stated otherwise in the product description of the item, allow 10-15 business days to process your order. For orders within the United States, it takes 2-5 additional business days from processing time to receive your order; while international orders could take up to 14 business days from processing time to be delivered.

All customers will receive a confirmation email as soon as an order is placed and another confirmation email with tracking as soon as their order ships.

​Please crosscheck your mailing address before placing your order. Layers ‘n’ Curls  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier.

All U.S orders will be shipped through UPS.

All International orders will be shipped through their local post office.

Return & Refunds/Exchange policy

​For sanitary reasons and due to nature of our products, ALL sales are FINAL. There are ABSOLUTELY NO exchanges allowed. Ensure that you select the correct cap size measurement, right texture, correct length; requests for refunds/returns/exchanges due to these will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS

ALL items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event that you receive a DEFECTIVE item, please reach out to us via email at abby@abbyshairandbeauty.com NO LATER than 5 days after the delivery of your order. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you need to cancel your order, All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours after the order was placed to get full refund. There will be a 50% cancellation fee of the cost of the original order for cancellation request(s) received after 24 hours from placing the order. If your cancellation is received after the order has been confirmed and ready for pick up/delivery or shipped, the full reservation total will be charged.
